Feel space! Smile! With regular practice, done with proper alignment, this can prevent future injuries and help lower back discomfort. You will leave with joy and expansion in your hips and on your face!
No experience necessary. This workshop is NOT for you if you have a hip replacement or a recent hamstring injury.
