Delicious Salad Dressings
I prepare extra of both recipes to keep in the fridge. It allows my summer salad to be prepared quicker and easier. ENJOY!
Caeser Vegan Salad Dressing Courtesy of: PCC Markets in Washington State
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Vegenaise (I prefer the no soy)
- 1/4 cup organic lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 4 teaspoons minced organic garlic
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons organic dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons organic black pepper
- 1/2 cup organic olive oil
Procedure:
- Place all the ingredients, except oil, in a food processor
- Blend until combined
- With the food processor running, slowly add oil to emulsify

Yield: approximately ½ cup
Ingredients:
- ¾ teaspoon minced garlic (optional)
- 1 ½ teaspoons dijon style mustard
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (can substitute sherry vinegar)
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup (I use less maple syrup)
- 4 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Note: Can add fresh basil, oregano, parsley etc.
Procedure:
- In medium mixing bowl, combine garlic, mustard, vinegar, salt and maple syrup
- Gradually whisk in olive oil
- Adjust salt & pepper to taste
