Asana (Poses) and Pranayama (Breath) taught by Aadil Palkhivala who studied with B.K.S Iyengar for decades. The use of props and alignment for individual bodies in the poses to align each individual body safely with connection to breath allows all to receive the upmost benefits of the practice.
