Develop your yoga practice, one asana (pose) at a time.  We begin with a sequence that prepares and strengthens the body for one asana, then focus on building the pose from the ground up.  We end with a cool down and shavasana (resting pose). Designed to offer time for delving and discovering the deep benefits of an asana and yourself. You will leave feeling open and rejuvenated with a fuller expression of you and your yoga practice, whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a new student.
